Our customer was suffering from contamination issues, which caused loads to be rejected. Subsequently, these loads were sent for incineration at a high disposal rate.

We analysed our customer's data and provided guidance on further processing fines through a trommel, By removing the glass fraction for recycling segregated recycling, the DMR could now be sent to an MRF for further recycling and recovery making a saving on the disposal cost.

Unqualifying fines were being disposed of to multiple outlets creating huge a administration and reporting burden. Low-value fines were categorised as “no value” fines attracting the highest disposal rates.

By understanding the value of these fines, we secured a rate that reflected the true value. Our fully managed service ensured full transparency of data, and tickets and reduced administration on x5 loads per week.

Customers either segregate UPVC but double handling it continuously or not segregating the resource at all from general waste.

On-site consultation resulted in us implementing containment solutions. Our managed exchange service reduced associated administration and improved operational efficiency and site cleanliness. The cost avoidance and rebates tracked to the market continue to generate the best value.

Huge volume of  fly-tipped rubber crumb and vegetation from derelict land, The area had been stagnant for many years resulting in the area being saturated by overgrown trees, bushes, other foliage/undergrowth including general waste.

The team had to navigate through approximately 200+ tonnes of inert soil and construction waste to reach the tyre crumb, providing soil testing and excavation of all materials including additional unseen volumes.
